An app to align multi-trillion point Lidar scans of complex physical environments to 3d CAD Architectural designs. 
Why This App Is INCREDIBLE
CAD Architectural and Engineering designs represent years of work and contain a nearly infinite level of perfect digital precision and detail.
But a construction site is messy, changing, and at the mercy of humans and machines.
In the illustration to the left, the pink object is the CAD version of a critical load-bearing column. The red point cloud around it is the result of a Lidar scan of the column as it was built. 
The problem, of course, is that the two don't align.  Will the column pass inspection? Does it need to be rebuilt? What is the impact on its load-bearing capabilities?
What matters is that the SKUR App can find the issue before it fails inspection, shuts down your supply chain, or fails to hold its rated load.
The Project:
CHALLENGE:
Merge a complex CAD design with visual data from a trillion-point Lidar scan into an intuitive user experience that highlights critical errors quickly. Project Included:
RESEARCH:
User research, behavioral data analysis, and target-user modeling.
STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT:
User profile development, sales target analysis, critical use-case opportunities, and alternative revenue streams.
USER EXPERIENCE:
User experience and journey mapping. Wireframes, UI, and design system.
RESULT:
A powerful, flexible web app that worked as well on a tablet in the field as on a powerful desktop computer. 
The system easily distills a wide range of complicated filtering and results in a straightforward user experience. A stop-light approach to identifying errors allows users to react quickly to critical errors.
